How to use Aeroeclipse Nebulizer?

  • Close the lips completely over the Nebulizer Mouthpiece and do not cover the valve on the bottom of the mouthpiece.
  • If using a mask, fit the mask tightly against the face.
  • Take slow, deep breaths; try to hold each breath for 3-5 seconds. The green button on the top of the AeroEclipse II BAN will go down when the user breathes in and will go up when the user breathes out.
  • Be sure to also follow any additional instructions the health care provider prescribes.
  • Integrated Mode Selector and Biofeedback:
    • A built-in mode selector provides convenient, easy selection of breath actuated or continuous operational mode. Unique biofeedback button provides visual confirmation and encourages proper breathing technique.
  • Lower Triggering Point:
    • By activating at only 15 lpm of inspiratory pressure, more clinical situations can be accommodated from pediatric breathing patterns to mask treatments. The new AeroEclipse II BAN supports breath-actuated protocols.

How to Set Up AeroEclipse BAN Nebulizer?

 

Setting Up Nebulizer
To Remove:
  • Rotate 45 degrees counterclockwise. 
  • Place prescribed medication into the nebulizer cup (max fill volume = 6 mL).

Setting Up Nebulizer
To Reattach:
  • Align the top assembly with the stem in the bottom of the nebulizer.
  • Rotate 45 degrees clockwise.
