How To Use Blue Echo Care Respiratory Training Device?

1. Turn the Inhale (on the left) and the Exhale (on the right) knobs to the desired resistance strength; 1 being the easiest, 6 being the hardest. If you're visually impaired, we have you covered. The numbers on the knobs are raised with 1 line equaling 1, 2 lines equaling 2 and so on.
2. For the first week, spend 10 minutes using your Live, Love, Breathe Lung Exerciser daily, 6 days a week. For the second week, increase this to 2 times daily. It will take up to 4 weeks to start seeing results as the blood flow increases and your Diagram and Intercostal Muscles develop.
3. When finished, remove your mouthpiece and wash the parts of your Lung Exerciser in warm water with soap or vinegar. Let air dry. We recommend washing your mouthpiece after every use and the body of your Live, Love, Breathe Lung Exerciser every day. You CAN wash your mouthpiece in a dishwasher but not the body of the device. Do not boil the components.
