Westmed Comfort Soft Plus Nasal Cannula is an over-the-ear tubing with unique elastomeric properties that reduce friction and shear forces on the skin at all contact points and act as "strain relief" when a patient is experiencing discomfort. Hard "PVC" will no longer abrade and harm the skin. It eliminates hospital-acquired pressure ulceration associated with PVC cannulas.
